Error when loading Failure Hierarchy in MxLoader 7.1.1

I am receiving the error listed below when attempting to load the Failure Hierarchy using the MXL_FAILURELIST Object Structure specified when I create a new MxSheet for Assets – Failure Hierarchy using MxLoader 7.1.1. I have tried the AddChange and Add actions, but both generate the same error. The same operation works without a problem using the Sync action in MxLoader 6.2. Any suggestion on what I’m doing wrong?

BMXAA4195E – A value is required for the Failure Code field on the FAILURELIST object.

Loading failure codes is not currently supported in MxLoader NextGen.
