I’ve been trying to upload routes and route stops and I keep getting the following error:

    Internal Server Error

Error 500: nested exception is: psdi.util.MXApplicationException: BMXAA2661E – Location PU-930-31B is not a valid location.

This happens with all locations I try, there is nothing wrong with the location in Maximo.

so, some thoughts, sort of in order when I have similar issues:

    1) Can you create the route/routestop manually in the software?

    2) Download the route to your MXLoader worksheet. Notice any differences between what you downloaded and what you were attempting to upload?

    3) Change the name of the route to something new and unique, and attempt an upload.  Does it work?

Thanks but I have tried all of those 3 things already, still no luck. The routes I was trying to create were new.  I ended up just entering them manually which took a while but it was ok.
