I have an interesting problem with the PRPRINT report, i.e. when I view the
report in the BIRT viewer, everything looks fine. However, when I print the
report, the catalogcode field gets cut off at a certain number of
characters, rather than wrapping. This, of course, is a problem since this
report is used to request quotes from the vendor. In a couple of cases now,
but vendor has quoted on the wrong item because he didn't have the correct
catalog code.
Anyone got an idea how to fix this?

I had the same problem. From memory I resolved it by adding another column
to the right of the Catalogcode and merged the data across the two columns.
I had to play around with a few other columns to ensure the data on the
right hand side of the page did not get printed.
