Start Center doesn't work - 7.1.1.8

Hi guys: I set up a new server with Maximo 7.1.1.8 on it for a client -
they want to retire the hardware on the old Production server. I used the
usual process, i.e.:

- Base install 7.1.1.5
- Upgrade to WebSphere to V6.1.0.35
- Upgrade Maximo to 7.1.1.8

Currently the Maximo server is up and running, and pointed at a blank
database. My next step would have been to point it to a copy of our
Production database.

However, I'm running into a problem with the new server. On 2 client
machines, Start Center doesn't work, i.e. I can log in, but I can't do
anything - none of the links work, including the Go To menu. On the other
hand, I can log into the current Production Maximo on both machines and
everything's cool.

I have a 3rd client machine that works with both servers - the current
Production Maximo and the new one.

Does anyone have an idea what's going on here?

Did you use the same Maximo user account when you logged into Maximo from the three different client machines?
