Premium Pay Codes

From: Incomm Solutions Inc. (2013-08-13 21:38)

Has anyone got any insight into why Premium Pay Codes seem to be set only at
the Craft level, rather than the Craft & Skill level? It seems to me that
you should be able to define Premium Rates per Craft/Skill. Or am I missing
something in best practice? This is the first time I've had the opportunity
to delve really deeply into this.

If you define the Hourly Rate for the Skill level, the Premium pays defined will be applied on the skill level rate rather than the craft standard rate.

Hi, There are 3 types of Premium Pay Codes
Hourly - Replaces the standard rate,
Incremental - Adds a fixed value to the Hourly Rate,
Multiplier - applies a factor to the Hourly Rate.
The Last 2 of these will still give you different charges for different Skill Level Rates, but the First will not.
