Yes, they still work (at least in version 6). BUT, there is not always a 1:1
relationship between PR and PO. One PO can have lines from many PRs. One PR
can be split against many POs.
So think carefully before you set these fields up to auto crossover. It might
not meet all business needs - just the one person's needs.

Try using PR1 to PR10 – they cross over automatically to PO1 – PO10.
They’re left over from earlier versions (when all of the crossover fields were
pre-defined). They’re not documented in V6 and V7, but they should still work.
Note: There are more, but I think those are the ones you need. If you need any
other ones, let me know – they’re documented in the Maximo 411 System Admin
Guide. There are also some of the automatic crossover fields on the PR Line
table that cross over all the way to the receipts and invoices (some of them
even start crossing over from the item).

Thanks Chris. Customer doesn’t want to use any java changes (they’re not
comfortable they have the experience for managing this long term) and currently
don’t have Rules Manager. I’ll look into that though.
Looking into the escalation route, but the actions are still pretty limited as
to tables and values.
