Anybody ever implement ASSET status history, similar to the status history in LOCATIONS?

Chris, you can probably look for an option (not sure if its the most elegant way to do this) to enable audit for Asset object. This will track status changes for Assets. You can create a dialog to show asset status history to users.
Yep, that thought had occurred to me, and is definitely a possibility. Two issues with that design in our implementation. First, we primarily use auditing for security related events and exposing an audit table might cause issues (or more accurately perceived issues). Second, we purge our audit tables every month cause we're the government and we haven't figured out that storage is cheap but labor is expensive <sigh>.

We created a custom "ASSTATUS" table and used TRM Rules Manager to populate.
