This is actually for a client but good to have for anyone supporting Maximo. The fun part is that IBM support said this has "never been offered". Then I sent them a link to an IBM site for the 7.1 ERD and the answer changed.
So the official path forward is an RFE.
Re: the difference in 7.1 and 7.5 - you have the addition of the PLUS stuff for Cal and Scheduler, Inventory Usage, and lots of touch points and other pieces.
