What version of Maximo are you on?You could create a conditional expression based on the security group the ticket staff are in [ (:&USERNAME& in (select userid from groupuser where groupname='ticket staff')) ].Then in App designer create a readonly sigoption, and apply that sigoption/security group/ condition to the main section(s) of each tab (use advanced tab/ configure conditional properties button on Section properties dialog box). [property: inputmode/ value: readonly ]Then grant the ticket staff permissions in signature security.This will effectively lock them out of all application fields.Kind of clumsy and a bit tedious, but effective.
