BIRT reports not working in newly installed Maximo 7.1.1.5

I just downloaded Maximo from IBM and set up with the option to install demo
data. Everything works file, demo data looking good too. But reporting is not
working. Logged on as maxadmin, when I select "Run Report" from the "Select
Action" in any applicaiton, the report list shows empty, only showing the
"Creat Report" and "Cancel" buttons. If I click on "Cancel", then a box tells
"BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred. Please contact your system
administrator for assistance".
In the Report Administration application, I can see all the out-of-the-box
reports in the list. And I am sure I have imported all the report design files.
When I go into a report from there, click "Generate Request Page" and then
click "Preview" button, the Request Page contains error: all the input boxs
(such as "At this time", "Recurring", Email "To", "Subject"...) show red border
with "Invalid Binding".
Where should I look into for troubleshooting?
is there any fix???

That's a known issue with 7.1.1.5. You need to contact Support - they'll
send you a fix. However: I had other problems with 7.1.1.5 as well - I
recommend that you patch up to 7.1.1.8 - it's a lot more stable (and should
fix your reporting problem as well).
