Unable to find SLA-Exist(isSLA) value in incident table

From: shah faisal (2011-08-16 15:58)

Hi all,
Maximo 7.1
Ms Windows 2003 sp2
Webshpere 6.1
When I save a record with Asset in incident appilication then the 'SLA Exist' colum marked True automatically. Where/how can I find this SLA-Exist value in incident table? kindly let me know any procedure/function or any method that could help me finding SLA-Exist value in incident table?
Detail:
------
When I check in incident database(table) in maximo v7 by going into Database application, Unfortunately I found SLA Exist(isSLA) column non persistant means it is not a database field. Can any body let me know how Maximo mark SLA Exist(isSLA) true whereas the SLA value does not store in incident table.
Now I want to create if condition in work flow on incident application like;
If SLA Exist= true then
message('SLA name', SLA01)
else
message('No SLA Found')
end if
The problem is SLA Exist(isSLA) column is not a data base column in incident table and how can I check and find the value of SLA(isSLA) and how can I build if condition which is based on SLA Exist(isSLA) value.
Can any body help me how to find SLA Exist(isSLA) value in incident table?
Waiting for response.
Regards
Shah
