I want to do APPLY SLA(function) on every new work order(generated by PM) by using escalation, and automatically every one hour escalation should check status='WSCH' of new work order and fires.
In short I want to associate SLAs(asset base) with work orders(generated from PM) automatically.
Unfortunately I could not succeed yet. If Manually I APPLY SLA by going action menue of work order it works perfectly.
I did the following steps but I got the following error such as;

I did the following steps ;
Ø GOTO-> System Configuration->Plate Configuration->Actions
Action= Activity applysla
Object= woactivity
Type= Application action
Value= APPLYSLA
Accessable from= ALL
Ø GOTO-> System Configuration->Plate Configuration->Escalation
Escalation = 1001 Description= Apply SLA
Applied To=Woactivity
Condition=
status='WSCH' and assetnum='102427' and
worktype='PM' and owner='MAXADMIN'
Escalation Point =1
Action (Tab):
Action Group = 1033
Action: Activity applysla
Descrption: Apply SLA to activity
Type: Application
Sequence: 10
