Hi,
Maximo 7.1 service provider, IBM DB2, WebSphere v6.1, MS Windows 2003 sp2
I have attached number of documents (job plans(xls), request letter(txt), PO(pdf) ) in work order(WO7112029) but unfornately I can not see all my attachments, and even I can not see any one's attachments.
An error appears 'Internet can not display the web page...', the path is shown as 'http://maximo.trns.op/ATTACHMENTS/200107_PO.pdf'
Kindly help me how to fix this issue and how can I see my attachments and other people attachments?

Hi Shah,
What i understand is you are able to save a attachments but unable to view them which means you are unable to access the document library OR the folders created for attachment. i suggest you to check the settings set for "Doc" in system properties application and also go through the steps given for attachment by IBM.
