Hi -
We use SRM and Change Management portions of Tivoli.
Whenever I have a user that needs their name changed in Active Directory -
the change never goes well when it replicates to Maximo.
Is there a way to make this a smooth transition?
For example:
AD User Was: supbribar
AD User Now: acibribar
Maximo still sees him as supbribar
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am relatively new to the product and am struggling
to make it work efficiently.
