CSV as output format

Dear All,
I tried to 'EXPORT BIRT REPORT DATA' via BIRT report viewer. logged as maxadmin, run a report such as SR List, click the 'export button'
on the toolbar, select the field to be exported, select CSV as output format. when click ok xls file shows database field name instead of the label
which we define it for example shows ticketid instead of SR.no#
Hope for the early reply below is our sysinfo.

Was the report build with field alias names? If not then you will need to
rebuild with the field Alias names..

I tried with the field aliases name but still I got the same result
example my report shows ticketid instead of sr.no
