Dear All,
We have a problem in Maximo 7.5 service receiving application.
In our case our base currency is AED. If we create a service PO in foreign currency
let say EURO or USD than we are facing problem in Service Receipts application.
Everything is working fine in base currency.
Let say we create a PO of 100 USD (not base currency) and we receive
50 USD, it works fine.
50 USD = 183 AED as exchange rate is 3.67
But when we try return 30 USD = 110.1 AED by clicking 'Select Service for Return' button,
instead of showing 50 USD in 'Cost of Return' text field its showing 183 which is in
AED (base currency).
Means -183 is coming by default in 'Line Cost' field instead of -50.
if we put -30 in 'Line Cost' field and click save button,it shows following error message.
BMXAA1925E - Cannot return more than what has been received
Means it is comparing 183 (return amount) with (50) received amount.
But it should compare 30 ( return amount) with (50) received amount.
This is a standard bug in Maximo 7.5 as told by IBM, they have given
one fix pack for that and we have already installed that fix pack but
nothing happened as problem still exist.
If anyone of you faced the same problem and solved it than please
do reply.
