ASSETNUM doesn't populate related fields through the MIF

Hey Gang,
We are importing a Work Order record through the MIF. When the ASSETNUM is included, I would think the following fields would autopopulate, but they don't:
LOCATION, GLACCOUNT, FAILURECODE.
Any ideas?

I never imported Work Orders though the MIF but I imported other
objects, and from what I saw correlation need to be created writing User
Exits.
