Could not change the status into INPROGRES

Hi All
              I am using tsrm 7.2.1 with quickstart 5.6 system.There is no restriction to change the status,but when i am changing the status to in progress it is throwing error .
BMXAA4295E - Could not change ticket IN1138 status to INPROG.
null
  and we didn't do any customization   and other change status is like RESOLVED ,QUEUED can able to change and it is working fine.Anyone have any idea....
