when i use weblogic 10.3 i got error

Dear All,
When am trying to deploy maximo.ear(maximo7.5) file in weblogic 9.2 and 10.3 am getting error
Unable to access the selected application.
Exception in AppMerge flows' progression
VALIDATION PROBLEMS WERE FOUND problem: cvc-complex-type.2.4a: Expected elements 'timeout-secs
I tried to deploy maximo folder then also am getting same problem , please help me to solve this error.

Is stated that the hardware requirements for WebSphere Application Server
7.0.0.15 are...
So I'd say that's the version for maximo 7.5.
