Wondering if anyone else has encountered a situation where DOCLINKS/file attachment stopped working in Maximo. Within our production environment, users were able to attach documents within Maximo via the built in feature, then about 2 weeks ago it stopped functioning. The strange thing is in our Development environment, the file attachment feature still functions, but in both our Test and Prod environment it has stopped working. When users attempt to attach a file the get a error message of DocID 18233 is invalid. The file being attached gets copied into the DOCLINKS folder, however the data doesn't get inserted into the DOCINFO and DOCLINKS table to reference back to the file that is being attached. We haven't been able to nail down just what has happened in the test and prod environments that has caused this issue.
Running Maximo 6.2.5 on weblogic 8.4.1 pointing toward 11G database.
Any clues or help would be appreciated.
