Not able to update the second record from the select action menu item

Hi Team,
 
Scenario : Changing the  inventory item to 'ACTIVE'  status from 'OBSOLETE' from list tab.
 
Problem : only first record selected from the list tab is updating and from second rec onwards mbo itself is not updating but the INVSTATUS table is update fine without any problem.
 
Approach : Done thru new select action menu item by extending the InventoryAppBean
 
So please suggest me how to overcome this problem.
