Dear All ,
Using Internal requisition mechanism in maximo , why can't be possible to have an internal pr and charge the items in the PR to a WO , why i must use a storeroom for receiving and thus the WO became a read only , hope to find an answer for this , we are running maximo 7.1.1.9.
one more question , what is the use for internal check box in inventory application - reorder tap - is it only for information or affect items selection in the requisition?

The Internal requisition process is intended to order items from a storeroom in order to replenish another storeroom. Satellite Storerooms and / or truck stock are prime examples of using this feature. The Internal flag on the Inventory record indicates that when a reorder is done for the item it should be replenished from the indicated storeroom.

Thanks for your interest , the thing is we have multiple sites , All sites are requesting its items for one procurement department at the Headquarter site , All requested item must be delivered into a central storeroom in the Headquarter then transfer the items to the sites accordingly all POs are issued to the central store to be received on it - where it is not technically inspected - .
So we have adapted the following scenario , all PRs are internal to the central Store , that is converted to internal POs where the central stores transfer out the items through issue and transfer application , the site receive the items using receiving application - where item are inspected .
Now Can you suggest another scenario to track requested items as it delivered to the central store then moved to the site store and in the same time can use the direct issue mechanism or charge the request to an WO/ASSET taking in the consideration that the issued external POs might contain quantities more than total items request from all sites for specific item..
