Direct Print orientation

Hey Gang,
We just updated from version 6.0 to 6.2.5. Before when we ran the Direct Print feature for reports, the report would print correctly at the printer. Now, it automatically changes to landscape for all reports and takes a quite a long time print. Has anyone had any experience troubleshooting this issue?

John,
We had this issue with direct print and it the JAVA version on our client machines.
I think the correct JAVA verion for 6.2 is 1.4.2
