Hi All,
Maximo v7.1 (Service Provider), DB2 v9.5, Webshpere 6.1, Ms Windows 2003 sp2
Is there a way in Maximo to update staff/labor availability for vacations and leaves so they are not available for assignment in the assignment manager?
For example if I know that a certain Worker (defined in the Labor module) is set to leave on vacation for the next 2 weeks, can I configure Maximo so that he will not be available for any assignments or work orders for those 2 week?

Go to the people record for that person.
Select Action > Modify Person Availability
Select the week(s) you wish to modify.
Modify and save
