Hi All,
Maximo v7.1(Service Provider), Webshper v6.1, DB2 v9.5, MS Windows 2003 sp2
I want my users should not be able to enter/update any labor information (under 'Actual' tab) like entering their consumed hours on work order if status is 'COMP' , How to do it?
I'll appreciate your prompt reply.

There are a number of ways you can do that.
1) Hide (remove) the tab in Application Designer. No users would be able to post actuals (unless they completed Assignments).
2) Make all fields on the tab READ ONLY in Application Designer.
3) Place an application restriction on the application for their security group(s).
