Environment: Maximo v7.1(Service Provide), DB2 v9.5, WebSphere 6.1, MS Windows 2003 sp2
Hi All,
How can increase GL Code length?
In database configure, What table should I configure to increase GL Code?
Currently GL Code is 5 characters length, I want to increase to 7 characters.
Kindly help me it is urgent. I would be thankful to your kind and prompt reply.

You don't change a table you need to modify the component definitions, in 7.5 it's a select action in database configuration, I can't remember offhand if its there or in COA in 7.1.

In 7.1.... Open Database Configuration / Select Action / GL Account Configuration.
