I have the same type of error listed for 7 items in the integrity checker for Maximo 7.5.0.3 with SQL Server 2008 R2.
This was an upgrade from Maximo 6.2.5.
I have run the integrity checker a half a dozen times in repair mode and it never fixes these.
Any suggestions on how to resolve would be helpful

Check the maximo.sqs or maxdemo.sqs for your version of Maximo (7.5) (maximo.ora/maxdemo.ora for oracle) to see if they are supposed to be there. If you can find an insert into the autokey table where the autokeyname exists then they should be there... The integrity checker doesn't usually fix these kinds of errors.
IF they are not in those files - you can null the fields from dbconfig or by updating the db (maxattribute and maxattributecfg tables).
IF they are supposed to be there - add them to the autokey table from the db by inserting rows.
Looking at the names - it's a tossup whether or not they should be there but a default install of Maximo 7.5 does have all but the "PLUSTWARRTRANSID", "MOBASSET" entries so something didn't run right.
