Figured out this one, believe it or not, either the SENDERSYSID or OWNERSYSID need to be included in the incoming object, or it fails.

I've seen that message before. If Chris's suggestion does not pan out let me know and I'll think about it a little more. We do import into the InvUse & Receipt table now and that processes to MatUseTrans successfully for us.
