Hi Folks,
The email listener works but SR's cannot be updated (i.e. status update) via HTML or Rich Text email. (it works with plain text email.)
Error message - BMXAA6721I - Bind value for ERROR = An incoming e-mail was received with invalid format. This e-mail will not be processed. The e-mail has been currently placed in the staging table and has identifier xxx,xxx.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue with(out) resolution?
Config Details:
Email: Microsoft outlook
Protocol: IMAPS
Maximo (SCCD) :7.5.0.3
App Server : WAS 7.0.
OS:Windows Server 2008
DB : Microsoft SQL Server 10.0

Are you using the wrong processor?

There are two types of Out-of-the-Box workflows given for email listener. One is for Formatted Emails and other is for Non-Formatted emails. For formatted the workflow is LSNR.. and for non-formatted its IBEP(Inbound Email processing).
The IBEP workflow will work only with SR(Service Request) while the formatted workflow will work for SR, Incident and Problem.
