Release order or PR

From: Irfan Ahmed (2013-11-14 00:26)

Dear All,
Please go through
the below data everything seems okay except when work order created from PM. I manually
created
Release order
and provide work order reference as well.

Is there
any way it will automatically create either release order or PR.

Dear All,
Instead of using the Blanket Contract I used Price Contract. By doing this change PR and PRLINE has been automatically display in
work order plan tab(services) as I use standard services. However, In order to achieve this I manually change the work order status from APPR to Waiting on APPR and then APPR.
Anyone give me idea how can I avoid this status changes.
Our scenario is system automatically creates APPR PR and APPR PO, without any human intervention
Thanks

Dear Lan,
I am already associate the standard service with job plan and it works only the problem is why
until and unless I manually change the work order status from APPR to Waiting on APPR and
then APPR then PR display on services (plan tab).
In my sense if work order created from PM already has APPR status then  automatically creates
the APPR PR and so on.
I don't know what went wrong and where I made mistake.  Any idea

Goto cron task setup
Check the interval on the ReorderCronTask
I normally set this to run every second
Then the PR’s are normally only associated with the one work order if your site doesn’t mind consolidated PR’s then set the interval to be longer but you’ll not see the pr / prline on wpservice tab until the cron has run
It might be just a timing thing
