Maximo scheduled report - Issue

Environment: Maximo v71(Service provider), DB2 V9.5, Web sphere v6.1, MS Windows Server 2003 sp2
Hi All,
Kindly help me on following Maximo Issues;
 
1.      Q1.   How to execute Scheduled
Report(Birt-Ad hoc) again once it did not execute in time due to email server
was       down ?
For your information, one of our
incident report (within last 24 hours created incident list) every day it is
executed and sent out by Maximo system (automatically – as per setting) at
07:00 AM to our Maximo concerned users and client.
Yesterday, our domain and email
servers were down because their name changed, due to such changes the old smtp
(mail server) server name specified in Maximo system properties
(mail.smtp.host) did not work. Therefore, the  daily Incident scheduled report
neither was executed(halted) and nor sent out to our maximo users and client in
time(07:00 AM) by Maximo system. But now I have defined correct smtp
server(xyz) name in system properties (mail.smtp.host). I want to re-execute
this halted Maximo – daily incident report by manually/automatically, so that
our maximo users could receive it today/now.
 
Kindly help me in this regard, our
users are waiting for this report ? For reference see attachment.
 
2.      Q2.  Another issue is, our
client(outside of our domain) is unable to receive Maximo – daily incident
report,                  whereas our domain maximo users are receiving it daily?
 
Before domain and email server name changes at our
site, our client was receiving Maximo – daily incident report by email
automatically from Maximo system . Currently our client is complaining he is
not receiving it daily by email.
Surprising thing is, our all
departments are currently corresponding with our same client by email (outlook)
daily but Maximo is not sending ‘daily incident report’ to our client daily,
why? I have no answer. I discussed with our IT administrator over the following
issue he told me this is Maximo issue, and find how to fix this issue in
Maximo.
I do not understand how to figure
it out, at one point our domain maximo users are receiving Maximo –  daily
incident report but our client is not receiving it.
 
I’ll appreciate your prompt reply.
