Hello All, I would like to know the "best practice" is used around the globe for Job Plans and its related tasks.
Do we create Job plans and update its tasks in the LONG DESCRIPTION?
or
Shall the task be created separatley and attached to Job plan?
Thanks

Javaid: We use a template for each Job Plan, store it in Livelink and then attach it to the Job Plan in Maximo. That way, some of the most generic completed templates can be used on multiple Job Plans. Also, if the plan needs to be updated, it resides only in Livelink, so there is only one place you need to update.
