Hi,
Maybe, session timeout is a problem?
By default Maximo session is configured on 30 minutes. If you do nothing
for 30 minutes in Maximo your session will expired.
If you want to have longer session go to the folder where you installed
Maximo and browse to the web.xml file.
IBM\SMP\maximo\applications\maximo\maximouiweb\webmodule\WEB-INF\
Open web.xml file and search for <session-timeout> tag. and change time
in minutes.
