Work order is getting generated monthly even though the period has been set as 12 months

Hi Team,

We have an issue where even though the PM frequency has been set as 12 months,work order is getting generated monthly.There is no customization added on the PM object.

Could any of you please advise.

Check on ur administration then organization ,there is pm options see if it's based on frequency criteria or automatic measure !
