I did think that, logically, I should be able to set it up as a two-month frequency, between April and October, with the startup/shutdown plans happening as they naturally should. This works for a year, but then I think it falls apart because the counter will not increment unless it produces a work order, and it doesn't produce a work order in December or February.
I really want it to be one PM instead of two, but I cannot figure out how.
