This is from memory - but way back in the recess of time, I recall having to change the host name in two locations in the report server directories.
Go to your report server and search all files for the name of the 'old' host name. Change any that are in the report server directories and then rebuild and redeploy the ear files.

Maximo v7.5.0.6 and v7.5.0.5



WebSphere wsadmin admintask hostnamechange successful.

I can log into WASADMIN without issue.



Maximo.properties file updated without issue

serverlibrary.xmls updated without issue



Rebuild/Redeployed EARs without issue.



I can login to Maximo (users can too) without issue.

When I select action, Run Reports, All reports return a
classic 500 error.



Applied Tech note change to no avail:
