Hi Shah: I'd you're running WebSphere, you need to add these file suffixes into the mime.types file in the http server folder. It's in the conf folder along with the httpd.conf file (I think).

Environment: Maximo v7.1, DB2 9.7, WebSphere v6.1, Window 2003
I am facing following file formatsissue which are not supported for attaching a file in Work order;
1. Picture in .jpeg format. As you know .jpeg is the latest and most usedformat for pictures. 2. Word file formats (.docx, .docm, .rtf, .doc).3. XL file formats (.xlsx, .xml, .xlsm, .xltx, .csv, .pm,.diff).
Kindly help me how to resolve this issue.
