Fw: [MAXIMO List] BIRTLiness help needed

From: Incomm Solutions (2016-07-13 12:37)

Hi Chris: it should be in the Master Page tab when you're in Layout View.

Okay, so, in addition to supporting 6.2 and 7.6, I also have 7.5 (on SQL Server). And as some of you know, I have to actually fix a report before I get training on how best to do that. Wes is laughing right now because I think he taught himself everything except workflow (and I was there for that!)
So, I have a basic question concerning an image. A report is using a custom logo, and when I export the report from Maximo, I didn't get the image. Fine, cool. So I import the new report back, and of course it doesn't pick up the image. My question: how do I associate this image to this report (and only this report)?
I don't think I should be editing the system library.

Yes, but how do I get the actual PNG to the database?

Did you give Pam Denny's instructions a try? The one on how to update
report logos and images?
https://www-304.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21304923&aid=1
I'm not sure if this works with non-logo images, but I imagine the
procedure would be very similar.
Hope this helps,
-Luke

Figured it out.
I zipped everything in the report-specific directory that wasn't rptdesign in a resources.zip file; then I went to Report Administration and uploaded it.

And it worked. Amazing. And I didn't recall seeing this in the instructions, I just related other things I read and gave it a shot.
