Hi all,
Thanks for your feedback on how your survey architectures are implemented; it was great to get different perspectives.
Question concerning the actual content of surveys: are there standard types of questions and feedback used in the maintenance and construction world or certain types of data normally gathered during customer feedback?
Since we're overhauling, I'd like to make sure we're matching industry-specific questions so that we're getting data back that could be more insightful, beyond "how happy are you with this work order?"
