I just added ZHT as an additional language. On the login screen it shows me in the drop down box 4 upside down question marks where the name of the language exists. Can anyone verify this is correct?
I wasn't sure if it is because my OS is not in Traditional Chinese so it did not know how to interpret or if there is something truly wrong.

We have seen this before. It had to do with setting the character set on the websphere server to match the database. I can't remember the details of where it was at, but it seems like it was a registry entry.
