Has anyone played around with or built a log file appender for Maximo7+ that would write errors to a DB? Ideally with a filter to be able to specify string matches to look for before it writes.
Thank you,

Hi Ron,
We have an add-on named "Log Watcher for Maximo" that knows how to very
efficiently monitor all your various JVM log files (including knowing how
to catch up through rollover files if needed) and other Maximo logs like
the PM Wogen log. It stores results matching your "include masks" in the
Maximo database. Send me a direct note if you want more info or a demo.
