What were the indexes and what did you do to fix them?

Based about feedback we received we have reduced the number of nodes in our user interface cluster to 4. We also found a couple of indexes that were hurting Maximo performance. We will keep looking at ways to improve performance and will provide updates as we go.
Thanks for all of the great suggestions.

On the same server we have one JVM dedicated to inbound transactions and Cron tasks. Print jobs are handled by a JVM running on a seperate physical server. All sites are connected with fiber, 1Gb to the servers and 100Mb cooper to the desktop.

The Indexes were on the work order table. We had originally added these based on recomendations from the MS SQL query analyzer. We have removed the indexes from Maximo.
