Hi,
I have a need where every time a work order is added for a particular site I need to add a $50 service line to it. Similar to when taking a car in for service you are charged a shop fee. I have been playing with escalations without success. Has anyone come across this situation and resolved it.
Thank you,
Mark

I thought about that too; however, I have work orders already with and without job plans. Probably have 1000 job plans as it is and was looking an easy method to add 1 line.
Thank you,
Mark

If your on 7.5 Use conditional job plans but potentially you will need to add the line to 1000 job plans
Could be done through MIF quickly
