I did two interfaces of this kind. The one creates a workorder in maximo and all
the work with it is done in maximo. For the other we send all workorder changes
to the originating system. The production system knows when maximo is not able
to change any data and is supposed not to send data anymore.

I wonder if anyone has experience creating Breakdown work orders automatically
by external system, such as production management system, PLC's, etc. If yes,
how do you manage to synchronize the information in both systems since some of
the information in Maximo work orders cannot be changed in certain statuses.
