Can you be more specific about what domain you added too? What version of maximo? Did you set the domain value to an org specific?

Ok. Now sounding even more stupid? COMMITMENTYPE – for SLA, WORKTYPE, WOWORKTYPE. Test version 7.5. When you say org specific, we set up one Organization using our Company initials. We are attempting to segregate data by Sites and Location.

COMMITMENTTYPE is a SYNONYM domain.. So you need to make sure you set the
right internal value for the new value that is added.. This is similar to
the wostatus domain.. If you create a new status with an internal value as
COMP then you cannot see that new value until the workorder is in the COMP
status..

Thank you Shannon. That should solve it. I will give it a try.
