I do not understand what you mean by the order by is different.
Do you mean that your planned material order is not the same as the resulting prline order?

I mean in the material plan I have
1. A item
2. B item
3. C item
4. D item
But, when I do reorder process, maximo change to:
1. C item
2. A item
3. D item
4. E item

Check the primary vendor for each item. Sounds like standard functionality to group items on PR by primary vendor.
