Hi Ian and Chris,
Thanks for your responses but the document you linked is for versions between 7.5.0.0 and 7.5.0.2. I am testing 7.5.0.4 which is supposed to have the application available on the Go To menu. Does anybody know if here is a setting, maybe in the .properties file, that I need to set.
