Resolved. Each instance of SQL server has a specific port. Default is 1433. This instance was 1494. That was the key to resolving it.

Subject: [MAXIMO List] Max75 Install to Specific SQL Server Instance
Anyone know a special way to get Maximo 75 to install to a specific SQL Server Instance. Typically in the past I had to fake it out by working with the client to install it to the base SQL Server and then modify the install.properties and the maximo.properties after the installation is complete. This current client has some issues with complying with that request at this time. Any work arounds would be more than helpful.
