LDAP - Only get the log out screen

From: Lonnie Stone (2014-07-08 22:40)

I have Maximo 75, WebSphere 7 with VMM configured through WebSphere to Actiive Directory.
Problem is with all the web.xml files and the maximo.properties file changed and built into a new ear all I get is the log out screen.
I cleared browser and WebSphere cache and even rebooted with the same results.
Any suggestions would be great.

Yeah, I had that. It's profile-related somehow . it was only a problem on
my own user ID. I can't remember precisely what fixed it though. I do
remember that for one problem I had with logins, the trick was to uncheck
the "Preserve Favorites Website Data" when deleting the browser cache. So
you could try that .

What version of Maximo are you using? (Need the numbers after 7.5).
Also, are all your users in the maximousers group in LDAP?
