All of the issues you describe are equipment related and no CMMS is going to be able to help you resolve them to maintain a proper inventory. Your facility needs to get better instrumentation for its silos and possibly add a weigh belt to the silo discharge. These two things, in combination, would allow you to accurately measure your input and output so you can track inventory.
